A fast-growing name in copper — rod, wire and cable, made as per the demand of the customer.
Backed by more than 40 years in metal trading and scrap dealing, Lahotiraj Metals was established in 2024 — and in that short time we have brought every stage of copper production under one roof, from smelting to finished wire. That pace is who we are: a fast-growing business across copper rod, wire and cable, with the full range of sizes and gauges already in stock.

Who we are
Lahotiraj Metals Private Limited was established in 2024 at Bhilwara, Rajasthan — backed by 4 decades of hands-on experience in the metal trade.
We cast our own ingots, draw them down into copper rod and fine wire, bunch that into conductor, and extrude the finished poly wire, submersible cable and house wire. Every stage runs on our own lines, which is why quality is controlled as we go rather than inspected at the end.
Every size and gauge across our range is already available, with qualified engineers and operators on each line.
Verified purity
99.99% pure premium copper cathodes for the best electrical flow and minimal energy loss.
Qualified team
Engineers and operators on every line, with dedicated production, sales and marketing teams.
Every size in stock
All sizes and gauges across our six product lines are available, with no minimum wait for an off-table request.
All in-house
Smelting, casting, extrusion and drawing all run under one roof, so every stage stays under our own control.
Why choose us
Long before we became manufacturers, we were traders and scrap dealers, buying and selling many categories of metal for over 40 years. That time in the market taught us the business inside out, and it built us a name people trust. We are known for fair dealing, fair terms and conditions, and genuine work on every order — the same reputation we bring to every customer today.
99.99% pure copper cathodes
We use premium cathode stock to guarantee the best electrical flow and minimal energy loss — the difference shows up on the customer's electricity bill, not just on a test certificate.
Thermal & corrosion resistant
Our wires offer excellent thermal stability and corrosion resistance, and are built to handle extreme load changes without breaking down.
Continuous casting & bright annealing
Both processes run on our own lines, ensuring structural uniformity, high ductility and a flawless surface finish along the entire length.
Every spool tested
Rigorous mechanical and electrical testing on every spool, meeting both national and international safety standards before it ships.
What we make
Seven product lines, every size and gauge.
From cast copper ingots and 12.50 mm wire rod, down through 0.160 mm fine wire, and on to bunched conductor, poly wire, submersible flat cable and house wire.
From copper scrap to finished wire
Everything happens under one roof at our Bhilwara plant. We melt our own scrap, skimming out every impurity as we go, then cast our own ingots, extrude our own rod and draw our own wire — so we control the quality at every single stage. Here is the whole journey, step by step.
01Smelt it in the furnace
Copper scrap is charged into our furnace and melted into a bath of molten copper at around 1085°C. Dross and impurities are skimmed off the surface as it melts, so what remains is bright, high‑purity metal.
02Cast the ingots
Molten copper is tapped from the furnace and poured into moulds, where it cools and sets into solid copper ingots — our own raw material for everything that follows.
03Extrude & upcast the rod
The ingots are heated and pushed through our continuous casting & extrusion line, coming out as 12.5 mm rod that our upcaster immediately reduces to 8 mm — the feedstock for every wire we draw.
04Rod breakdown & fine wire drawing
On the RBD machine, the 8 mm rod is pulled through a series of progressively smaller dies down to 0.8 mm. For the finest gauges it is drawn further still, down to 0.160 mm on our fine wire drawing line.
05Bunch, insulate & finish
Multiple fine strands are bunched together into 0.5–6.00 sq mm bunch wire, then insulated and finished into two families — house wire for domestic and commercial wiring, and flat 3‑core submersible cable for pump sets.
